  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Corn starch1 tablespoon
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Yeast1 dessert spoon
  • For the curau: milk200 ml
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Cinnamon to taste
  1. For the cake, put the two cups of milk, cornmeal, sugar, oil, margarine, starch, eggs, corn with water and yeast and hit the blender.
  2. Grease a shape, put the dough and bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. For the brigadeiro, beat the corn in the blender and pass it through a sieve.
  4. Then transfer to a pan, add the condensed milk and milk and take it to the fire until it forms a cream.
  5. Then mix the cream and it's ready.
  6. Unmold the cake and place the brigadeiro on top. Put cinnamon to taste.
