- Guava100 g
- Grease the cake pan with oil and cornmeal. Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Place all liquid ingredients (eggs, oil, sugar and salt) in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the liquid to a bowl and add the cornmeal. Stir well until incorporated.
- Add the chemical yeast and stir gently.
- Chop the guava into cubes.
- Pour a small amount of the dough into the mold, until it covers the bottom. Pour the curd on top of the dough, spreading with a spoon.
- Pour the rest of the dough into the form. Add the guava cubes to the dough and push until they are covered.
- Bake (200 degrees) for 30 min or until golden and passing the toothpick test.
