- Milk400 ml
- coconut100 g
- Yeast2 tablespoon

- In the blender place the corn (drain the water), milk, oil, sugar, eggs and cornmeal, beat for 5 minutes
- Then add the yeast and beat for another 10 seconds.
- Finally, add the grated coconut and mix with a spoon.
- Pour the dough into the greased form and bake for 30 minutes.
