Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador exceto o coco e o fermento em pó durante 5 minutos. 
Após esse tempo, acrescente o coco ralado e o fermento em pó e bata por mais 1 minuto.
Em seguida unte uma forma de 15 ou 20cm, aqueça o forno, despeje o líquido na forma e coloque pra assar em fogo médio.  

Blend all ingredients in a blender except coconut and baking powder for 5 minutes.
After that time, add the grated coconut and baking powder and beat for another 1 minute.
Then grease a 15 or 20 cm shape, heat the oven, pour the liquid into the shape and place it to bake over medium heat.

Essa receita é pra forma de aro 15 a 20cm. Caso use uma maior dobre a receita.

This recipe is for a 15 to 20 cm rim pan. If you use a larger one, double the recipe.
