Corn without the water

Eggs

Sugar

Margarine

Cornmeal

Milk

Baking powder

Corn cake

No liquidificador, coloque o milho e bata por 1 minuto.
Em seguida adicione os ovos, o açúcar, a margarina e o leite.
Bata por mais 1 minutinho.
Acrescente o fubá e bata mais um pouco para misturar.
Por último , adicione o fermento em pó e bata rapidamente apenas para misturar.
Despeje essa mistura numa forma untada e enfarinhada..
Leve para assar em forno preaquecido, 200°C, por cerca 40 minutos ou até dourar.

In a blender, place the corn and blend for 1 minute.
Then add the eggs, sugar, margarine and milk.
Beat for 1 more minute.
Add the cornmeal and beat a little more to mix.
Lastly, add the baking powder and whisk quickly just to blend.
Pour this mixture into a greased and floured form.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes or until golden.
