  • Whole milk1 can(s)
  • Vegetable oil1/2 can(s)
  • Corn Flakes1 can(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Yeast powder1 tablespoon
  • Shredded coconut for garnish to taste
  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. Grease a mold with a hole in the middle with butter and flour. Reserve.
  2. In a blender place all the ingredients except the yeast. Use the can of corn as a measure for the ingredients. Beat well. Turn off, add the baking soda and hit Just a little more to mix.
  3. Place in pan and bake for 45 minutes. After roasting, wait 20 minutes to disinform and decorate with grated coconut.
