Pré aqueça o forno a 180 graus. Enfarinhe uma forma com manteiga e polvilhe açúcar e canela. 

Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Coloque no liquidificador a lata de milho (já escorrido), o leite, açúcar, flocão de milho, óleo, ovos e bata bem até que o milho fique bem moído. Use a lata como medida para os outros ingredientes.


Put the can of corn (already drained), the milk, sugar, corn flakes, oil, eggs in the blender and beat well until the corn is finely ground. Use the can as a measure for the other ingredients.


Se quiser, pode acrescentar coco ralado.
Acrescente o fermento em pó e pulse o liquidificador 3 vezes.
Despeje essa massa na forma e leve ao forno médio.

If you want, you can add grated coconut.
Add the baking powder and pulse the blender 3 times.
Pour that dough into shape and take it to medium oven.

Deixe assar por, aproximadamente, 40 minutos.
Faça o teste do palito e observe um tom dourado médio, para saber que o bolo está pronto.
Polvilhe açúcar e canela por cima e saboreie essa delícia 

Let it bake for approximately 40 minutes.
Take the toothpick test and observe a medium golden tone, to know that the cake is ready.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top and enjoy this delight.
