  • Egg4 unit(s)
  • shredded coconut packet100 g
  • Yeast2 teaspoon
  • Flour2 cup
  • Canned corn1 can(s)
  1. In the mixer add the eggs and beat separately add two tablespoons of sugar until it turns white in snow
  2. After adding the corn, oil, sugar, grated coconut along with the eggs
  3. Beat for 5 minutes until very creamy.
  4. Add the flour and yeast and mix well
  5. Grease the baking dish with butter and flour and add the dough
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
  7. Enjoy this delicious cake
