Deixar a forma com furo no meio, já untada com óleo e farinha de trigo.

2 Coloque no liquidificador o milho (sem água), o leite, açúcar, flocão de milho,óleo, ovos e bata bem até que o milho fique bem moído.

3 Se quiser pode acrescentar duas colheres de sopa de coco ralado acrescentar o fermento em pó e pulsar por três vezes.

4 Despeje a massa na forma e leve ao forno médio e deixe assar por aproximadamente 40 minutos.

5 Faça o teste do Palito e observe um tom Dourado médio para saber se o bolo está pronto.

6 Espere esfriar totalmente para desenformar.

E fica ótimo acompanhado com café ou chá
