- Large Eggs (3 pcs)150 g
- Whole milk (1/2 cup)125 g
- Vegetable oil (3/4 cup)140 g
- Boiled corn (1 cup)170 g
- Caster sugar (1 cup)200 g
- Fine Cornmeal (1 cup)150 g
- Baking Powder (1 Tablespoon)12 g
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. Grease and flour a 20 cm mold with a hole in the middle.
- In the blender cup put: eggs, milk, oil, corn and sugar. Beat for 2 minutes.
- Add the cornmeal with the yeast and beat quickly, just to mix. Flip into shape and bake for approximately 35 minutes.
- *I used canned corn. Gram measurements take precedence over cup measurements. 240ml cup.
