  • Large Eggs (3 pcs)150 g
  • Whole milk (1/2 cup)125 g
  • Vegetable oil (3/4 cup)140 g
  • Boiled corn (1 cup)170 g
  • Caster sugar (1 cup)200 g
  • Fine Cornmeal (1 cup)150 g
  • Baking Powder (1 Tablespoon)12 g
  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. Grease and flour a 20 cm mold with a hole in the middle.
  2. In the blender cup put: eggs, milk, oil, corn and sugar. Beat for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cornmeal with the yeast and beat quickly, just to mix. Flip into shape and bake for approximately 35 minutes.
  4. *I used canned corn. Gram measurements take precedence over cup measurements. 240ml cup.
