- Beat the eggs, corn, oil, flakes, sugar and milk in a blender. Beat everything until well mixed. After the mixture you include the coconut and the yeast and give a light beat.
- In a greased shape with margarine and wheat, add the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 min.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes
