  • Sugar (same measure as the can)1 unit(s)
  • Coconut or whole milk (same measure)1 unit(s)

  • butter or 1/2 cup oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder2 teaspoon
  1. Blend the green corn with the milk and then sieve the liquid to get out the bagasse (preferably in a sieve with wide holes); The liquid must be poured into the blender again and then add the other ingredients, except for the yeast. Beat it all! Finally, add the yeast but do not liquefy, just stir with a spoon. Place this liquid mixture in a greased shape and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40 to 45 min until golden.
