- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Milk500 ml
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Corn flour (Polentina)2 cup
- Baking Powder1 dessert spoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, margarine and the can of corn. After adding the wheat flour, beat again. Soon after beat together the corn flour (I used Polentina and it was wonderful), add the baking powder, and beat again for approximately 5 minutes. In a greased shape with Margarine and flour, pour the cake dough and take it to a preheated oven at 180c for 35 minutes.
