- Refined sugar (same measure as the can of corn)1 unit(s)
- Whole milk (same measure as the can of corn)1 unit(s)
- Soybean or corn oil (same measure as the can of corn)1/2 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Egg3 unit(s)
- In a blender, beat the corn (with the canned liquid), oil, sugar, eggs and milk until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture from the blender to a container, add the cornmeal and stir until incorporated.
- Finally add the yeast and stir gently.
- Place in a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 20-25 minutes (do the toothpick test).
