- grated coconut250 g
- Milk1 cup
- In the blender add the drained corn, cream and milk. Beat for 5 minutes
- Sieve the beaten liquid and add it to a pan. Add condensed milk, butter and grated coconut.
- Stir over low heat When it starts to unglue from the pan, keep stirring for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and you're done. If you prefer, you can model and pass grated coconut to decorate
