- Cornmeal2 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Guava200 g
- Water2 tablespoon
- Whisk the sugar, eggs and oil
- Add the cornmeal, wheat and milk stir well, finally add the yeast
- After putting it in a greased form and putting the chopped guava paste on top, separate some of the guava paste for the syrup
- In a pan, take the guava you reserved with 2 tablespoons of water and stir until it melts, after removing the cake from the oven, cover with the syrup.
