- Demerara sugar120 g
- Cooked corn100 g
- Rice flour40 g
- Potato Starch đ„20 g
- Cassava Starch20 g
- grated coconut25 g
- Grated Parmesan cheese (1 heaping tablespoon)10 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1/2 tablespoon
- Mix the flours, grated coconut, grated cheese and chemical yeast and set aside.
- Beat the eggs, oil, sugar and corn in a blender.
- Transfer to a bowl add the dry and this mixture and mix well.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 189C until golden + or - 15 minutes.
