  • Coconut Milk200 ml
  • Sunflower oil1 cup
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Raisins100 g
  • Ripe banana4 unit(s)
  • Corn flour3 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, beat the coconut milk, oil, eggs and raisins, set aside;
  2. In a bowl, with the aid of a whisk, mix the mashed bananas, the previous mixture and the corn flour, until a homogeneous mixture is formed;
  3. Finally, add the baking powder;
  4. In a shape with a hole, greased only with oil, distribute the dough;
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden.
  6. Unmold and the cake is ready to serve!
