- Fresh grated or flaked coconut400 g
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Coconut milk400 ml
- Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate350 g
- Sour cream300 ml
- In a pan, place the grated coconut, condensed milk, coconut milk and margarine, bring to the fire, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes or until it thickens and starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
- Place this cream in a 22cm diameter dish and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave (Every 30 seconds) or bain-marie and mix the cream.
- Decorate with grated coconut, grated chocolate or use a little chocolate ganache to decorate (put it in a plastic bag, cut the tip and decorate the top).
- Place in the fridge for 4 hours and serve.
