- Sodium Bicarbonate1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Salt5 g
- Butter200 g
- Brown Sugar200 g
- Sugar135 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
- Dulce de leche100 g
- Chocolate Drops1 cup
- First step, make small portions of Dulce de Leche with the help of a coffee spoon and put it on a plate, take it to the freezer for 1 hour to firm up when filling.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and salt. Mix and reserve. In another bowl, melt the butter, add the sugars, eggs and essence. Mix. Transfer this mixture to a bowl with the wand and mix the ingredients well.
- Put the chocolate in drops and mix well, take it to the fridge for 30 minutes. Then make the cookie discs and put a portion of dulce de leche and close the disc in the shape of a ball.
- Do this all over the dough. And put it in a shape with parchment or greased paper. Bake for 13 minutes.
