- Brown sugar3/4 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup

- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Pinch salt1 to taste
- Sodium bicarbonate1/2 teaspoon
- Chocolate chips1 cup
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, egg butter and vanilla essence well. Then put the wheat flour, bicarbonate and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Lastly, put chocolate in drops. Cover with plastic and take it to the fridge (I left it for 1 hr)
- In a lightly buttered roast (can be parchment paper), make the balls and distribute on the roast. While the oven preheats, place the baking sheet in the fridge with the cookies (about 5/10 minutes only) Bake at 180° for about 20 minutes. As soon as I looked at the sides and bottom and saw that it was browning, I turned off the oven and left it inside. I took it out about 15/20 minutes later. They are soft, but after they cool down they get crispy.
