  • Butter100 g
  • Brown or crystal sugar1/2 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
  • Baking soda1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Milk chocolate300 g
  • Supplyable chocolate chips100 g
  • Sour cream50 g
  1. In the mixer add the butter, sugar and egg. Mix well Then add the vanilla essence, the sifted sodium bicarbonate and the sifted wheat flour (put in gradually)
  2. Remove from the mixer and add the chocolate coins, mix with the aid of a spoon. After that, just put half the dough in a mold with a removable bottom.
  3. For the filling add the chocolate in a bowl and melt in the microwave every 30 seconds so that the chocolate does not burn. After adding the cream of milk and mix well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Add the filling to the cookie dough and place the other part of the dough on top.
  5. Place the chocolate drops on top of the dough and bake for 30 minutes in an oven at 180°
