- Cornmeal Biscuit400 g
- Condensed milk2 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Chocolate2 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- In a pan, put the milk and dissolve the cornstarch, add 1 box of condensed milk, 1 box of cream and the yolk
- Mix everything over medium heat and let it thicken.
- After that, set aside until cool.
- In another pan add 1 box of condensed milk, 1 box of cream, margarine and chocolate.
- Mix everything on low heat and mix until it comes off the bottom of the pan.
- Reserve until cool
- Dip the cornstarch cookies in milk and on a platter make a layer on the cookie at the bottom
- Keep alternating a layer of wafer with a bed of white cream, until you run out
- Finally, add the chocolate cream on top and spread
- Optional break cookies over the pavé to decorate
