- Condensed milk500 g
- Wheat flour (can be gluten free)1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Milk (just to make the dough softer)5 tablespoon
- Guava / Nutella / coconut / jelly.1 to taste
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Generously grease a medium shape with margarine (very much).
- Add the condensed milk using a zigzag motion so that it spreads throughout the entire shape (it usually spreads on its own).
- Beat the egg, sugar, flour, yeast in a mixer. Leave the milk for last, your egg may be big enough to make your dough soft. On the contrary, you can add the milk and beat some more.
- Now just pour the dough in the same zigzag motion over the condensed milk. Rest assured, it will work.
- As it spreads over the form you can now turn the oven to 180°.
- Now you can put it in the oven. But keep an eye out because about 20 min is enough.
- While it is in the oven you can prepare the scheme to roll the roulade.
- Take a dish towel and wet it. Then sprinkle sugar (this sugar will help the roulade to not stick to the cloth). Take the roulade out of the oven and with a silicone spatula pass it over the sides to "help it come out of the mold".
- Now have courage! Quickly turn the pan so that the roulade falls onto the cloth. The condensed milk part is on top! Now, if you want, you can add jelly, Nutella, coconut, etc..... If you don't want to roll it anyway! He is a delight in himself.
