- 1 cup of sugar for the syrup1 cup
- In a blender Beat the eggs for about 3 minutes
- Add the condensed milk and milk and beat for another 4 minutes.
- Syrup Place a cup of sugar in a round shape with a hole in the middle and let it melt until it forms a caramel, stir throughout the process so it doesn't burn.
- Add the mixture in the form and place the form inside another round form with water to bake (Bain marie)
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes depending on the oven it may take longer
