Over medium heat, add the sugar to a pan and stir until the sugar melts and turns to caramel.
With the fire on, add 100ml of water and mix until smooth.
Turn off the heat and grease the pudding mold with the caramel. Reserve.
In a blender, add the milk, eggs and condensed milk. Beat everything for 7 minutes.
Take your mixture and put it in the mold.
In a bain-marie, add the pudding mold into the hot oven and bake for 1 hour.
Remove the pudding from the oven and wait for it to cool.
Place in the fridge for 12 hours or until the next day.
Unmold your pudding onto an appropriately sized platter or plate and serve!
