  • Corn starch01 tablespoon
  • Sugar01 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  1. Start by preparing the syrup. Place the sugar in a pan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly until the sugar is completely melted. Then add the water slowly and mix until completely dissolved.
  2. With the syrup ready, pour it into a pudding mold and set aside.
  3. For the dough, place the condensed milk, milk, eggs and cornstarch in a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into the mold and cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Place the mold inside a 7 liter pressure cooker and add 500 ml of water. Close the pan and bring to a boil.
  6. After the pot gets pressure, count 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
  7. Let the pressure go off on its own. After opening the pan and waiting for the form to cool down to remove the form and take it to the fridge.
  8. Place in the fridge for two hours, turn the pudding onto a plate and serve.
