  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Milk600 ml
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  1. In a mold with a hole, place the sugar and bring it to a low heat until it melts and gets the color of guarana. Add the water slowly and carefully and let the caramel melt completely. Remove from heat and reserve.
  2. In the blender place the eggs, condensed milk, milk and vanilla. Beat for 5 minutes and leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Pour the liquid into the form with a sieve and slowly. Bake in a bain-marie covered with aluminum foil for 1 hour or until the pudding is firm.
  4. Let it cool in the fridge covered and when it's time to unmold, heat it up a little on the stove top.
