- Put the sugar in a pan and heat over low heat until it turns caramel.
- Pass along the sides of the pudding mold. Reserve.
- Place all other ingredients in a blender and blend for 5 minutes.
- Pour the liquid into the mold and bake in a bain-marie.
- Preheated oven at 200° for 40 minutes.
