First I make the syrup. In a pan put the sugar, as soon as it starts to melt around, I start to stir in low fire so it doesn't burn.
After the sugar is completely broken up and is golden brown, carefully add the water and leave it on the fire until the syrup thickens and the sugar dissolves.
Place in a pudding mold and set aside. Put the eggs, milk in the blender and beat well... So that it doesn't smell like eggs.
Then add the condensed milk and beat some more. Now just put this mixture in the mold with the syrup, and take it to the oven in a bain-marie.
When it's golden brown, test it with a knife or a toothpick to see if it's good. Take it to the fridge until it gets very cold, unmold and just taste.
