Primeiro colocar o açúcar em uma panela e levar ao fogo baixo, até virar um caramelo. Cuidado que queima super rápido. Assim que derreter todo o açúcar colocar a calda na forma do pudim. 

First put the sugar in a pan and take it to the low fire, until it turns a caramel. Be careful it burns super fast. Once all the sugar has melted, pour the syrup into the pudding mold.

Bater bem no liquidificador o leite condensado, os ovos e leite. Até ficar homogêneo. E colocar na forma que está a calda. 

Beat the condensed milk, eggs and milk well in the blender. Until smooth. And put it in the form that the syrup is.

Por fim levar ao forno em banho maria, por mais ou menos 1h. E está pronto! 
Uma dica na hora de desenformar. É ele está totalmente frio (sempre deixo na geladeira antes de desenformar) e na hora de desinformar dou uma leve esquentada na forma, na boca do fogão, pra dar uma derretida no caramelo e não grudar, nem quebrar. 

Finally, take it to the oven in a bain-marie, for about 1 hour. And it's done!
A tip when unmolding. It's completely cold (I always leave it in the fridge before unmolding) and when it's time to unmold it, I heat it up slightly, on the stove top, to melt the caramel and not stick or break.
