Vanilla Essence1 coffee spoon
cornstarch1 tablespoon
Crystal sugar2 cup
Mineral water1 cup

Blend the whole milk, condensed milk, eggs, vanilla essence and cornstarch in a blender. For an average of 5 to 10 minutes depending on the device.
Melt the sugar until it caramelizes, then add the sugar and bring to a boil.
Add the caramel in a mold and turn the mixture over and place it in the oven in a bain-marie.
