- Milk395 ml
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Vanilla1 teaspoon
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Calda: Melt the sugar in the pan and add the water, let it reduce and thicken. Put the syrup in the form of pudding and book.
- In the blender, put the condensed milk, milk, eggs and vanilla and beat very well.
- Place on top of the syrup and bake at 200°C in a bain-marie for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, or until baked.
- Expect to cool down and take the fridge for at least 4 hours. Unmold and serve.
