- In a pudding mold, add the cup of sugar and water and bring to a low heat until golden and a not too dark caramel, but bitter, stir this caramel to spread throughout the mold, let it cool.
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk, milk and eggs.
- Add in the pan, cover with aluminum foil with the shiny side for the food and put it in the pan with a little water at the bottom of the pan and program for 14 minutes, then take it to freeze after cooling down and just unmold it cold.
