- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Milk the same measure of condensed milk1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Beat the eggs, milk and condensed milk in a blender, set aside
- Syrup ; put the sugar in a pudding mold, take it to the fire stirring until it forms a syrup (you can't let the sugar burn) let it cool for about 5 min
- After adding the cream that we patemos in the blender in the mold, put aluminum foil on top, take it to the oven in a bain marie, for approx 45 min, at 200C, do the toothpick test if it comes out clean it's already baked....
- Note Always look at the water of the bain marie
