Boiling water1 cup
Condensed milk1 unit(s)
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Milk (use the can of condensed milk to measure)1 can(s)
Corn Glucose1 cup

In a bowl, dissolve the maria-mole powder in boiling water and wait for it to cool.
Add condensed milk, cream and milk, mixing constantly.
Pour into a 22cm diameter decorated mold with a hole in the middle, moistened with ice water, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Unmold and drizzle with glucose before serving.
