Eggs3 unit(s)
Condensed milk1 can(s)
Milk (same amount as condensed milk)1 can(s)
Sugar (Slurry)10 tablespoon
Water (Slurry)5 tablespoon

Take the sugar and put it in a pan, wait for it to melt until it turns golden and then put the water until it melts again. That will be the syrup
Take the syrup and put it on the bottom of a baking dish and set aside.
Take the condensed milk, the milk and the eggs and beat either in the fue or in the liquid
Take this mixture and put it on the roast and take it to the oven in a bain-marie, at 180° degrees for more or less in 30 min.
Then take it to the fridge and when it cools down, unmold. And enjoy!!
