- liquid milk1 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/3 cup
- Plum in syrup1 can(s)
- (Slurry) ⤵️ In a pan, mix the water and sugar until it forms a syrup. Grease the mold with the syrup and set aside.
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender and pour into the caramelized form.
- Bake in a bain-marie for 40 minutes.
- Unmold and serve.
