- For crystal sugar syrup1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Put the sugar to melt, when it's golden add the water little by little, stirring constantly until it's incorporated, let it boil for 2 minutes and then put it in the shape. Reserve in the fridge.
- Beat the eggs, milk and condensed milk for 5 min in the blender. Remove the mold from the fridge and marinate the sides with the syrup, then pour the cream and cover with aluminum foil.
- Place the mold with the cream on top so that it fits completely. put boiling water in the form below and take it to the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
- It's ready when it gets firm, remove from the oven and let it cool to the environment, then put it in the fridge for 30 min to 1 hour until it cools down completely. After cooling, unmold and serve. It's a delight.
