- Milk (use the same measure as the can of condensed milk).1 can(s)
- Colorless gelatin (unflavored)1 unit(s)
- Syrup: sugar3 cup
- Water2 cup
- Dissolve the unflavored gelatin with the warm milk and blend all the ingredients in a blender until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- Syrup: put the sugar in a round pudding mold, and heat until caramelized. Pour the liquid into the form and take it to the fridge until it is firm. Unmold and serve. Easy and delicious recipe.
