Coconut milk2 can(s)
Egg3 unit(s)
Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
grated coconut3 tablespoon
Maizena2 tablespoon
Sugar for caramelizing2 cup

Heat a pan with the sugar to melt. Once melted, place in a mold and set aside.
Place the egg, margarine, coconut milk in a blender and beat until the egg smells. Add condensed milk, cornstarch and grated coconut.
Place in the oven in a bain-marie to bake. Once baked, let it cool down and put it in the fridge. Serve cold.
