- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Pudding: First, beat the eggs well in the blender.
- Then add the condensed milk and milk, and beat again.
- Syrup: Melt the sugar in the pan until it gets a little brown, then add the water and stir until it thickens.
- Put the syrup in a round shape and then pour the pudding dough over the syrup
- Place in a medium oven for 40 minutes, with the round roast inside a larger one with water and cover only the round shape of the pudding with aluminum foil.
- Then remove the aluminum foil and stick a fork to see if it is well done.
- Let cool and unmold
