- Whole milk300 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Water100 ml
- Put the sugar in the pudding mold and take it to medium heat until the sugar melts, if you need to add 100 ml of water.
- Spread the melted sugar in the mold with the help of a spoon.
- Blend all the pudding ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pudding mold.
- I cooked it in a bain-marie on the stove top, I think it's faster!
- I left it for approximately 40 minutes.
- After it cools down a bit, unmold, refrigerate and serve!
