- In a blender, beat the eggs, then add the condensed milk and milk.
- In a form of your preference, add the sugar and lead to the low fire, always stirring, the melted sugar, add the water and stir until a consistent syrup is formed.
- Pour the dough over the syrup, then place it in the oven in a bain-marie and cook for approximately 1 hour, do the toothpick test, if it comes out wet it is because it is not yet cooked.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours, unmold and serve.
