- Condensed milk395 ml
- Sugar150 g
- Vanilla essence5 ml
- Beat the egg and yolks and then sieve so that the film that protects the yolk is separated from the mixture.
- Add the milk, condensed milk and vanilla essence to the egg mixture and beat well. * with a fouet you incorporate air into the mixture and make it more aerated *
- In a pan add the sugar and let it melt until it forms a caramel. *Tip: hold your anxiety and let the fire do its thing, don't move the caramel so it doesn't crystallize*
- Add the caramel in a pudding mold (or in the mold of your choice) to grease the bottom and then add the pudding mixture.
- Bake in a bain-marie at 180°C for about 30 minutes or until cooked.
- Let it freeze if you can and good appetite!
