- Whole milk600 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- Syrup: 1 cup of sugar in the milk jug, take it to low heat until caramelized, add half a cup of water and let it melt. Transfer to form. Reserve.
- In the blender, place the whole milk, condensed milk, eggs and vanilla, beat everything for about 5 minutes. Transfer to the mold, place in a bain-marie and bake in the oven for about 90 minutes. Wait for it to cool down to unmold.
