- Start by melting the sugar in a pan, when it has a caramel color, add the water little by little, carefully because it splashes, it will create a sugar crust, leave it on the fire to boil until it creates the consistency of honey.
- Add this syrup to the shape, spread it all over the shape.
- Place the eggs in the blender, beat for 3 minutes, then add the milk and condensed milk, beat for 5 minutes
- Add this liquid to the mold, and take it to the oven in a bain-marie for around 1 hour and 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Check if it is baked with the help of a toothpick.
- Remove from the oven, refrigerate for around 4 hours, unmold and serve.
