Bata os ovos, leite condensado, leite integral até ficar homogêneo.

Reserve por alguns minutos.

Enquanto isso derreta o açúcar até virar caramelo dourado.

Em seguida adicione água fervente até formar uma calda.

Espalhe a calda na fôrma.

Finalize retirando a espuma da massa do pudim passando pelo um coador antes de colocar na fôrma.

Asse o pudim no banho maria coberto no papel alumínio na temperatura baixa por 1 hora.
 
Para finalizar se você quiser leve a geladeira.
