- Condensed milk (can and/or box)1 unit(s)
- Milk (same measure as condensed milk)1 unit(s)
- Whole eggs3 unit(s)
- Mix all ingredients in a blender
- Pour the dough into a caramelized form
- Bake in a bain-marie over medium heat for 40 minutes;
- poke a fork to check if it is well done;
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly at room temperature before placing in the fridge.
- After cold, unmold
- Tip: when baking, cover the shape with aluminum foil.
